Background: At 45 Years old, I was shopping at a local nutrition shop. While speaking with the owner about furthering my fitness level, a customer overheard our conversation and approached us. He introduced himself as the manager at Golds Gym. He assured me he could have me on the NPC figure stage in a year. To my complete shock, I took the stage at the NPC GOLDS CLASSIC and took 5th in my first figure competition. I spent the next 5 years studying under 3 of the best olympian coaches in the industry while competing on the IFBB/NCP national stage. I want to share my vast knowledge and experience with you so you can achieve your goals and fulfill the dreams you have been working so hard to obtain.
