Born and raised in the UK, Faye moved to California 7 years ago. Before that she had never set foot in a spin studio, after the first pedal stroke she was hooked. The music, the lights, the movement, that fire in your soul you feel after class was immense. As a coach she cares about each person in her class, providing a warm and inspiring environment. She is passionate about connecting with people, to make them feel loved, that they matter – to motivate them to reach their full potential. Every class is a dance party, full of shining positivity and invoking a feeling of triumph.
