My advanced knowledge in posture and physical assessments, metabolic and nutrition, weight management consulting, exercise technique and equipment operation, and plyometrics and conditioning coaching with a tennis specialty allows me to create a warm environment where clients of all ages can successfully achieve health and wellness goals.
