
Combining her credentials as a Registered Nurse and a Certified Personal Trainer, Monika has a special interest in developing health and fitness programs for the mature individual and for those with medical histories. “We can all improve the quality of our later years by the choices made now”. Most importantly she believes that happiness is the key to good health at any age.
Monika enjoys sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for health and fitness – inspiring others to make improved nutritional and lifestyle choices. She enriches her life through outdoor activities including hiking, bike riding, sailing, winter sports, marathon and triathlon competitions.
