Hi I’m Kristin!
I’ve been training since graduating college back in 2020! I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and an Institute of Integrative Nutrition holistic health coach. I also have my bachelors in Psychology from the University at Buffalo.
My philosophy in training is to always listen to your body and what it needs, and training in ways that you enjoy! That’s how you stay consistent. I like to practice a variety of different types of training with my clients, practicing mostly functional training, exercises that will get your heart rate up, without overdoing it. I find functional training keeps things interesting while really challenging the body (and mind) in different ways!
When I’m not in the gym you’ll find me in the kitchen making new recipes, out in nature hiking/ walking, or at the beach!
