Fitness should be fun. We live in a day and age where there is no need to be active. Our bodies were meant to move! Today’s daily habits are compromising to our structure’s health; Hours at a desk, sitting in a car for the commute and then relaxing on the couch. It is my goal to practice “functional fitness” where we take care of our posture because that is where problems and injuries stem from. I’m always furthering my education and obtained my Corrective Exercise Biomechanics certification because it’s my passion to keep people healthy and happy. One of my favorite ways to shed the weight is a HIIT circuit because you can’t outrun your fork and I love eating!! Our body is our temple, it’s what carries us throughout our lives, I believe we should take care of it to the best of our abilities.
