
Philosophy: Being healthy is paramount, and it needs two things: Consistency and symmetry. A body in motion stays in motion, so you must strive towards a healthier you every day. Without symmetry you’re off balance, impaired, which will hinder development and cause injuries.
Education: International Sports Science Association Certified Personal Trainer, American Red Cross BFA/CPR/AED certified.
Background: I’ve been active in sports and under iron my whole life: Tennis, running, swimming, calisthenics, boxing, karate, taekwondo, among many others.
